To chat live with other members, look at the bottom bar of the site. The first button on the bar will open a chat window with many new features to explore.

When you open the chat window, you can either enter the lobby and find others, or start a Private chat room.

If you double click on any username in chat, it will open a new chat box that you can transfer files back and forth, do Video/Audio chat, and several other interesting features:
